Jr. Reign Dominates State Championships

A big congratulations to all the Jr. Reign teams who competed at the State Championship this past weekend in San Jose! Playing and competing in the State Championships is a tremendous accomplishment and we are super proud of our club this season!

After going undefeated in the regular season and finishing as SCAHA runners up, the 12A3 Riverside team came to San Jose and earned their way to the championship game defeating the top 2 Norcal teams convincingly.  In a heavily contested rematch of the SCAHA finals, they came up just short and lost by a goal in the final second of the game! Finishing with the CAHA runner’s up plaque as 2nd place in the entire state is a massive achievement and something to be very proud of!

The 12AA Carlsbad team also made the trek up to San Jose with an opportunity to be SCAHA and California state champions. The team’s performance was nothing short of outstanding, and their perseverance and teamwork led them to the top taking home both the SCAHA banner and CAHA championship plaque! This incredible achievement is a testament to their hard work, skill, and dedication throughout the season! We couldn’t be prouder of their success and the way they represented the Jr. Reign on such a big stage. Well done, 12AA Carlsbad – you’ve earned it! 

A big congratulations to our 16A team for a fantastic weekend at the State Championship! While they may not have taken home the title, their effort, determination, and sportsmanship were truly impressive. They played with heart, showed great teamwork, and competed at a high level throughout the whole playoffs. The Jr. Reign are incredibly proud of the 16A team for their commitment and for representing the organization so well. Keep up the great work – your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed!

Congratulations once again to all the Jr. Reign teams for their outstanding performances at the State Championship! As we look ahead, we are excited to continue our spring programs to continue building skills and preparing for the June tryouts. Let’s keep the momentum going – we can’t wait to see what’s in store for all of you!
